PMC-TECH recently completed the final inspection and delivery of a batch of high-pressure fuel injectors—specifically the Cummins 2897320 (for Cummins ISX15/X15 XPI systems). These units have been successfully shipped to the North American market for a local heavy-duty truck and large-scale mining equipment rental company to support their fleet upgrades and maintenance.
The 2897320 injector is a core component of the Cummins XPI ultra-high-pressure injection system. It is compatible with the entire ISX15, QSX15, and X15 series of 15L high-horsepower engines and is interchangeable with models such as 4384363 and 5579419. It serves as a critical, high-demand part for the maintenance and repair sectors serving North American long-haul heavy trucks, mining haulage equipment, and large-scale construction machinery.

We implemented rigorous closed-loop quality control for this batch to meet specific customer requirements. Every 2897320 injector underwent a comprehensive suite of strict factory tests—covering raw material selection, precision machining of components, ultra-high-pressure bench calibration, injection timing alignment, spray atomization uniformity checks, and precise fuel return volume verification—to ensure full compliance with OEM specifications.
