Our company, PMC-TECH, is located in Dongguan, the Chinese Manufacturing Capital and the World’s Factory. As a source factory specializing in providing parts for Chinese construction machinery projects, we are committed to the production and R&D of parts such as fuel injectors and filters. Today, we’ll introduce our CNC production process. Starting with the raw materials, we conduct incoming material inspections to ensure product quality meets standards. Substandard materials will severely affect the hardness and heat resistance of our products, ultimately impacting the lifespan and performance of our construction machinery.

After the materials pass inspection, our production staff cut them according to specifications to ensure consistent dimensions. The cut materials then undergo cleaning and drying to remove surface impurities. Next, we feed each processed material into a pre-programmed CNC machining center for processing. Our factory has over ten CNC machining centers, enabling us to quickly respond to high-volume demands and diverse orders. Finally, we conduct surface inspections to eliminate defective products. After all the CNC machining processes are completed, our products undergo individual component testing again. Only if everything is in order will we assemble them into a complete fuel injector.
